About Odyssey
We believe the right room can move an industry forward.
Odyssey Concepts is a B2B events company specialising in conferences and summits, private executive roundtables, event production and end-to-end event management.
We create environments where leaders exchange ideas, organisations build relationships and industries come together around the conversations that matter.
Our approach combines strategy, content, audience and experience — because a successful event is not defined only by how it looks. It is defined by who is in the room, what they discuss, and what happens because they were there.
What we do
Four capabilities. One standard of excellence.
From a twelve-seat boardroom to a full conference build, we own the strategy, the audience, the room and everything in it.
01
Conferences & summits
High-level business conferences built around the conversations shaping an industry — strategy to on-site delivery.
02
Private executive roundtables
Invitation-only sessions that put you in front of specific industries, accounts and senior decision-makers.
03
Event production & fabrication
Stages, custom stands, LED environments, AV, lighting and complete venue production.
04
Event management
One partner from concept to completion — planning, suppliers, logistics and on-site execution.
05
Audience & delegates
Screened delegate acquisition against a named target list you approve before we start.
06
Sponsorship sales
Partner packages that work for the sponsor and for the room, sold and serviced by us.
